Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in cases where the issue originates from our end—such as failure to deliver the order. In such cases, we will initiate a refund of the full amount to your original payment method within 30 working days.

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Product partially used before requesting a return or refund

  • Order already dispatched and in transit

  • Non-compliance with the return policy

In the event of an accidental double payment for a single transaction, we will refund the excess amount within 20 working days via the original mode of payment.

Return Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed. We do not accept cancellation requests once a product has been dispatched.

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product

  • The delivered product does not match the description

  • One or more items are missing from your package

To initiate a return, please contact us within 1 day of delivery by emailing sugandha.vkhurana@gmail.com with clear images of the product and outer packaging. You may return the item via India Post – Speed Post and share the tracking number with us so we can coordinate accordingly.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product is damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 2 working days. Once the product is received and inspected by our team, we will dispatch a replacement.

Please ensure that returned items are unused and in their original packaging.
